It synthesizes structured and unstructured data (labs, imaging, EHR notes, demographics, family history, and social risk factors) to detect overdue or upcoming screening needs.
Once identified, Carebricks automatically generates and sends outreach to patients, schedules the appropriate screening exam or test, routes notifications to ordering and primary providers, and records completion for quality reporting and registries. Where desired, health systems can insert a manual approval step before patient or provider notifications.
